Yes, all Hario products come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental breakage or damage from improper use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are Hario glass products dishwasher safe?
Most of our heat-resistant glassware is dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing delicate items like the V60 drippers and Buono kettles to ensure maximum longevity.
